The EMASS outerwear capsule is crafted by a team of designers who meticulously sketch out every detail of each new model.
Our creative team’s mission is not just to design another piece of clothing, but to create a unique garment that embodies our philosophy and vision of true comfort.
STEP 2
Crafting the perfect fit
An experienced fashion designer creates digital patterns with size grading, carefully considering the unique features of each coat. Using state-of-the-art equipment, the cutters lay out the patterns and precisely cut the pieces for future garments.
Before a new design goes into production, samples in all sizes are sewn and tested on real body types. A single model may go through 2 to 4 sample iterations to ensure a flawless fit.
STEP 3
Final touches
A crucial step in the process is the launch of production. Skilled seamstresses carefully sew each coat under the guidance of a technologist. Once sewn, the garments go through a stage of ironing, but they are still not complete—hardware and finishing touches are yet to be added.
The final touch is a thorough quality check. Each piece is inspected, tagged, and placed in a protective cover. Now, the coat is ready to be packed in a box and sent to its new owner!
